In Bratislava there is no undergroungd but a net of buses, tramways, trolleybuses are available in all town. Tickets can be purchased in news stands and near the slot machines at the bus stops.

The downtown parking is only permitted in selected zones. The false parking is fined by 500,-SK or by towing away the vehicle.

A) basic price: 20 – 40 Sk

B) price for 1 km of race: 12,90 – 17 Sk (reservation via telephone), 23 – 26 Sk (without reservation via telephone)

C) waiting 1 min.: 4 – 6 Sk

For the taxi companies in Slovakia there is not a fixed prices and therefore the prices for 1 km can reach also the 100 Slovak crowns. The taxi driver is obliged to give a receipt of payment if comes asked him. Every taxi should have a valid list prices and well exhibited on the car. It is advisable to ask the price for the wanted race before to enter in the taxi.
